At Noore Shah, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

All original tags, packaging and hygiene seals must remain intact.

The product must not have any signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, makeup or washing.

Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and health reasons, underwear, panties, briefs and other intimate products that have been worn, washed, opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
For products that include a hygiene seal, the seal must remain intact for the item to be eligible for return.

Please do not send any item back before your return request has been approved by us. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and personal-use considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened intimate products where the hygiene seal has been removed

Products showing signs of use

Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Sale or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect

5. Exchanges
If you received the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Size exchanges are only possible if the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, has all original tags and packaging intact, and meets our hygiene requirements, and are subject to product availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer another suitable option or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly sent by us, we will cover the appropriate return shipping cost.
Return shipping arrangements will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.
7. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method, where applicable.
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
